2. Manatee County Commissioners will begin their budget workshops on Thursday when Ed Hunzeker, the county administrator will unveil the proposed county budget for 2012-13. 3. Manatee County is organizing teams for its second annual United Way Team Bowling Tournament. The county is accepting reservations for five person teams for the July 21 event. Donations are $30 per person to participate and includes shoe rental, three games of bowling per person, pizza and soda. Prizes for the top three teams.
