Detectives Have Suspect in Homicide at DaVinci's

Detectives have issued an arest warrant for the man suspected of killing 32-year-old Natividad Faudoa.

Detectives have issued an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old suspect in last week's homicide in the parking lot at nightclub.

The Manatee Sheriff's Office is searching for Javier Aguilar on charges of murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Aguilar is 5-feet-9-inches tall, 220 pounds, bald and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, tan shorts and driving a 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch white over gray with a sun roof and tan interior.

Aguilar is accused of shooting Natividad Faudoa, 32, just after midnight Saturday in the parking lot of DaVinci's nightclub, according to a sheriff's report. Faudoa was transported to Manatee Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Witness says the victim and suspect were involved in an altercation inside the business and the shooting happened after the two left the club and were in the parking lot.
