DUI Patrol in Manatee County Results in Arrests, Citations

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office made three DUI arrests and issued 31 citations during a DUI patrol Saturday.

The county-wide DUI Saturation Patrol was conducted by members of the sheriff's office's Traffic Unit between 3 p.m. Saturday and 3 a.m. Sunday.

Here are the results:

• Three DUI arrests
• Three other misdemeanor arrests for not a valid driver's license charges
• 31 citations issued (21 speeding violations, three seatbelt violations and seven other violations)
• Nine written warnings
