Man Fondled Himself at School Bus Stop

 A 16-year-old girl was waiting at her bus stop early this morning when a man in a black car drove up. He allegedly exposed and fondled himself. The bus stop is in the 1200 block of 26th Avenue West and the man drove up at about 7 a.m.  The girl told school officials about the incident once she arrived at school. The man is described as in his 20s, balding or with close-cropped hair; he has tattoos on his arm.
