Manatee Cancels After-School Activities; School Buses May Be Delayed
With the exception of after-school daycare, all after-school activities are canceled because of Tropical Storm Andrea.
Manatee County Schools Superintendent Rick Mills has canceled all school district after-school activities for Thursday, June 6, 2013, due to Tropical Storm Andrea.
However, there still will be after-school daycare.
Parents with students in after-school daycare programs should still pick their children up at the regular time.

Parents should also note that Manatee District school buses may be running on a delayed basis due to the storms and bad weather.
