Motorcyclist in Critical Condition After Sunday Crash

The 64-year-old hit a car that pulled out in front of him.

A 64-year-old motorcyclist is in critical conditions after a truck pulled out in front of him, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.

Michael Munro of Bradenton was taken to Blake Medical Center this afternoon after the crash at U.S. 41 and 105th Street East. He remains listed in critical condition.

Munro was travelling north in the right lane of U.S. 41 at about 12:30 p.m. when Enedina Garcia, 70, pulled onto U.S. 41 from the Midway Flea Market in a Chevy Silverado. He crossed the right turn lane and went into the right lane directly into Munro's path,according to the FHP report.

Munro's Softail Harley Davidson struck the left rear of the Silverado. The Harley overturned on its side and traveled approximately 100 feet before coming to final rest on its right side in the left turn lane.

Garcia was ticketed with making an improper start from a stop.
