Caudill was riding a Suzuki eastbound on State Road 70 around 10:10 p.m. June 13. As she traveled in the left lane approaching 56th Court East, troopers say she was moving at a speed faster than the posted limit.

Marcelin, the report said, did not see Caudill and tried to make a U-turn to head east on State Road 70. When he did, the front of Caudill’s bike hit the rear of the Infinity.
