Missing 39-Year-Old Woman Located In Miami

MIAMI, FL — A 39-year-old woman with special needs has been located in Miami. Heldy Hernandez Balguer was reported missing on Monday. She had been last seen around 3:30 p.m in the 2700 block of SW 19 Terrace.

"This morning, Heldy Hernandez Balguer was located and was recovered by Miami Police Special Victims Unit detectives," Officer Kenia Fallat of the Miami Police Department said on Tuesday morning.
