Here are the top stories today in Miami:

1. Alaska Airlines will begin daily flights from Miami to Seattle in June 2022. It will be the longest scheduled flight route in the continental United States. It is their 100th nonstop flight from Seattle. (The Next Miami)

2. Santa's Enchanted Forest is now open at Hialeah Park after losing its previous location at Tropical Park. The Christmas-themed park will be open until January 2nd, 2022 and guests can expect light displays, carnival rides, and more. Parking is free and the main entrance is on the east side of the property. (NBC Miami)

3. Firefighters put out a fire at an apartment building in Miami Beach along Fifth Street between Euclid Avenue and Washington Avenue early Thursday morning as residents woke to emergency alarms and the smell of smoke. The cause of the fire is under investigation. (WSVN)

4. New Restaurant: HaSalon from celebrated Israeli chef Eyal Shani is coming to Miami Beach on November 17th. HaSalon is also located in New York City and Ibiza and serves Israeli family-style meals. The location will be in the old China Grill and is a partnership between Shani and Major Food Group. (Robb Report)
