1. The first night for Art Miami is Tuesday, November 30th, a VIP Private Preview benefitting Pérez Art Museum Miami. The public hours start December 1st. Art Miami is adding 85,000 new and established collectors, curators, museum professionals, press members, and art world influencers this year. (CBS Miami)

2. A Southwest Miami-Dade family was forced to escape from their home after a fire consumed it on Thanksgiving morning. The family is now homeless and looking for help. The American Red Cross nonprofit says it is working to assist. (WSVN)

3. A Bob Dylan Artwork Show is opening in Miami at Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum on Tuesday, November 30th. It will be the first ticketed event since the museum first opened its doors in 2008. (NBC Miami)

4. A developer plans construction of an extended care facility called Renaissance at the Gables in the City of Miami’s Coral Way neighborhood. The 8-story building will have 269 residential units and parking for up to 122 vehicles. (Miami Today)

5. Theme park giant Disney World temporarily stopped new sales of most of its annual passes this week. It has not said when the sales will resume as the busy holiday season approaches. (Spectrum 13 News)
