All Florida residents 12 and older. Teens 12 to 17 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian with consent form.
Children and teens 12 to 17 can receive only the Pfizer vaccine. Persons 18 years of age and older can receive Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
