1. The Miami Dolphins will play without quarterback Tua Tagovailoa for the next three games after he was placed on injured reserve with fractured ribs. He will miss games against the Las Vegas Raiders, Indianapolis Colts, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. (NBC Miami)

2. Moderna's mRNA HIV Vaccine Trial has accepted a Miami Beach man to the program. There are 56 participants across the nation, all negative for HIV and in good health. The study is projected to conclude in May 2023. (Miami New Times)

3. A 66-year-old Miami-Dade resident, Gilberto Arocha, was threatened with a knife at his front door by his 76-year-old neighbor, Elvia Nunn. The entire incident was captured on surveillance video. Police arrested Nunn who Arocha said has a history of starting trouble. (WSVN)

4. the 51-story Legacy Hotel in Miami Worldcenter has been approved by the City of Miami. The new building will feature 990,019 total square feet of floor space, with residential condominium units, hotel rooms, 117,566 square feet of office space, 51,708 square feet of commercial-retail, and parking for 482 vehicles. 5. Saturday marked five years since the death of Marlins Pitcher Jose Fernandez in a tragic boating accident. The bodies discovered then were Fernandez and Emilio Macias, 27, and Eduardo Rivero, 25. (CBS Miami)
