FBI Searches For Hollywood Bank Robber
A lone bank robber held up a BB&T Bank branch in Hollywood and escaped with an unspecified amount of cash.

HOLLYWOOD, FL — The FBI is searching for a lone bandit who robbed a BB&T Bank branch on Tuesday in Hollywood. The robbery took place around 10:49 a.m. The branch is located at 2434 Hollywood Boulevard.
"A robber entered the bank and demanded money from a bank employee," according to Special Agent Michael D. Leverock and spokesman Jim Marshall. "Customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery."
No one was injured.

The FBI released a photograph of the suspect taken from surveillance cameras. The FBI would not say how much money was taken during the robbery.
