Female Killed By Ex-Boyfriend In Murder-Suicide: Miami Police

MIAMI — A female was killed in a murder-suicide by her ex-boyfriend outside a Miami apartment complex, according to police.

Officers responded at 7:40 a.m. Sunday to the 1800 block of Northwest 23rd Street in the Allapattah neighborhood, where they found both the male and female in the parking lot with gunshot wounds, police said.

"Based on video surveillance and witnesses on scene, it appears to be a murder / suicide by ex-boyfriend," Miami police said in an email to Patch, adding both were pronounced dead at the scene.
