1. Miami Police Chief Art Acevedo turned in an action plan on Tuesday to improve the police department, although it arrived past Monday’s deadline. His plan is 24 pages long and reflects on his first 6 months on the job.(WSVN)

2. The Miami Dolphins traded wide receiver and returner Jakeem Grant to the Chicago Bears on Tuesday. They are trading him in exchange for a sixth-round pick in the 2023 NFL draft. (CBS Miami)
3. The first woman to serve as Miami Deputy Police Chief in the history of the department has been let go after her position was defunded. Miami Commissioner Joe Carollo says the city decided to move five assistant chiefs to four to go towards "the norm." (NBC Miami)
4. A 30-month Flagler Street beautification project in downtown is on track but $5 million over budget. Work is now set to cost $32 million dollars. There are concerns about the impact the project will have on local businesses who are enduring construction delays. (Miami Today)
5. The Miami Beach mansion of "Scarface" Al Capone has sold for $15.5 million. Capone bought the waterfront house for $40,000 in 1928 and died there in 1947 from a heart attack. (WPLG Local 10)
