Man's Body Found In Miami Beach

MIAMI BEACH, FL — Miami Beach police are trying to determine what killed a man whose body was found Thursday morning in the Alton Road area near 41 Street and North Bay Road.

"There were no apparent signs of trauma," Ernesto Rodriguez of the Miami Beach Police Department told Patch. "Officers discovered a deceased male in a homeless-type encampment at approximately 5:30 a.m."

Rodriguez said Miami Beach police are conducting a death investigation to determine how the man died.
