Miami Beach Couple Arrested In Violent Robbery Of Polish Tourist
Police have arrested a couple in connection with the beating and robbery of a 30-year-old Polish tourist along Miami Beach

MIAMI BEACH — Police have arrested a couple in connection with the beating and robbery of a 30-year-old Polish tourist along Miami Beach last week.
Twenty-nine-year-old Tuesday Grillo and 37-year-old Jonathan Peters of the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue were each charged Tuesday with strongarm robbery, according to Miami Beach police. See also Polish Tourist Beaten, Robbed On Miami Beach
"The victim was followed by the defendants into a dark alley where defendant Peters beat and robbed her while defendant Grillo acted as a lookout," according to court documents.

Police said the couple was seen on surveillance video immediately prior to the attack.
"Based on their unique tattoos and other factors they were identified and located," court documents said.

Ernesto Rodriguez of the Miami Beach Police Department previously said that the male attacker knocked the Polish tourist to the ground and struck her several times. The thieves got away with the woman's cell phone, ID and $20.

The victim, identified as Patrycja Kaczorowska, was on the walkway of her apartment building at the time of the incident. She was coming from Mango's Tropical Cafe.
