Miami-Dade Man Not Seen Since Leaving Hospital

A 63-year-old man who suffers from age-related memory loss, was released from a hospital on Jan. 2 and hasn't been seen since.

MIAMI, FL — A 63-year-old man who suffers from age-related memory loss, was released from a hospital on Jan. 2 and hasn't been seen since, according to Miami-Dade police.

"Mr. Jose Bautista is a 63-year-old white Hispanic male, who speaks very little English, but speaks fluent Spanish," police said in asking for the public's help in finding Bautista on Wednesday. "Mr. Bautista suffers from high blood pressure and age-related memory loss."

He is described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 128 pounds with brown eyes. His hair is black and gray. Bautista was last seen wearing a red shirt and jeans.

Police did not say which hospital Bautista was released from. He was last seen in the 1200 block of NW 16 Street in Miami.

"Mr. Bautista has not contacted any family members and may be in need of services," police added.
