Miami Police Investigate Suspicious Suitcase
Traffic was disrupted around Biscayne Boulevard and NE 3 Street Wednesday as police investigated a report of a suspicious suitcase.
MIAMI, FL — Traffic was disrupted for a time around Biscayne Boulevard and NE 3 Street Wednesday as police investigated a report of a suspicious suitcase, according to Miami police. The incident affected southbound traffic starting at 5 Street.
"The scene has been rendered safe and all roadways have now reopened," Miami police reported shortly before 11 a.m.

Police said that the suitcase was discovered near a pole.
