Missing Alzheimer's Patient In Miami

MIAMI, FL — An 86-year-old Alzheimer's patient has been reported missing in Miami. Lazaro Hernandez was last seen on Tuesday and may be in need of services. He disappeared from the 1400 block of NW 7 Street.

"The Miami Police Department is requesting your assistance in locating this missing adult," Miami police said on Tuesday night. "He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and khaki pants."

Hernandez is described as Caucasian, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 140 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes.
