Schizophrenia Patient With Alzheimer's Missing In Miami

MIAMI, FL — A 78-year-old schizophrenia patient with Alzheimer's was reported missing on Friday night in Miami.

Juan Garcia was last seen around 6 p.m. in the 7700 block of NW 4 Avenue, according to Officer Michael Vega of the Miami Police Department.

"He was last seen wearing a white hat, a gray shirt with a colorful design in the front and black dress pants," said Vega. "Mr. Garcia suffers from dementia, Alzheimer’s, and schizophrenia."

Garcia was described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 157 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
