1. 22-year-old Davonte Barnes has been arrested as part of a mass shooting incident outside a northwest Miami-Dade banquet hall over Memorial Day Weekend. He faces three counts of first-degree murder and 20 counts of attempted murder. (CBS Miami)

2. Miami International Airport (MIA) leads the country when it comes to COVID-19 infections among Transportation Security Administration employees, according to the TSA. The TSA has extended a mask mandate for airports and planes until at least January 2022. (NBC Miami)

3. The Village of Key Biscayne is moving forward with federal assistance to combat beach erosion, rising seas, and other effects of climate change. The project will be with the Army Corps of Engineers’ Tentatively Selected Project and is in partnership with Miami-Dade County. (Miami Today)

4. JetBlue passengers were left frustrated on Friday morning at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport as several flights were canceled overnight. The airline blames the cancellations on bad weather. (WPLG Local 10)

5. Mayor Larisa Svechin of Sunny Isles Beach is urging pedestrians not to use a crosswalk at Collins Avenue and the William Lehman Causeway due to safety concerns. There have been 5 rear-end collisions since 2018 at the crosswalk and a 14-year-old riding his bike was hit by a car while using the crosswalk in July. (WSVN)
