1. South Beach Wine & Food Festival returns in 2022 from February 24th to the 27th with 92 classes, tastings, parties, and more. The event will be headlined by big names including Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, and Guy Fieri. Tickets are now available. (Miami New Times)

2. Coconut Creek High School in Fort Lauderdale was evacuated due to a bomb threat on Monday. Teachers and students were dismissed for the day and police cleared the scene shortly before 2 p.m. (CBS Miami)
3. Governor Ron DeSantis is proposing a $25 million preservation of the Freedom Tower in Miami in his budget recommendations. The nearly 100-year-old tower is in need of structural repairs and restoration. (NBC Miami)
4. Lofty Brickell tower is planning for a 2024 completion date. The 42-story tower will house a 5-star restaurant on the ground level and a private marina with 400 feet on the Miami River. Units will begin at $490,000 and go up to $1.3 million. (The Next Miami)
5. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating after a 16-year-old boy died Sunday night following a police chase that started in Hollywood and ended in Miami-Dade County. The boy was handed to Miami-Dade Police and became unconscious at some point. The cause of death has not been released. (WPLG Local 10)
