1. Season 7 of Food Network's "Halloween Baking Championship" features two local Miami chefs. Nicole Proske from the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa and Paul Allicock, whose credentials include Area 31, Lure Fish Bar, and Komodo. (Miami New Times)
2. 15-year-old Trenton Wilt was arrested Sunday and put before a judge on Monday after threatening a school shooting at South Broward High School. Wilt faces one felony charge of intimidation - written threats to kill or injure. Wilt told police the threatening social media posts were meant as a joke. (WSVN)
3. Some renters are running into roadblocks getting rental assistance money, including in South Florida. In some cases, landlords refuse to participate or take the money according to Miami Homes for All. There have also been logistics that have created issues for people desperately seeking aid. 4. Hallandale Beach Police are investigating a deadly triple shooting outside a Wendy's early Tuesday. Three people were shot and killed in the drive-thru. The names of the victims have not been released at this time. (CBS Miami)
