1 Killed, 1 Injured In Pasco County Crash: FL Highway Patrol
An 87-year-old Ridge Manor man was killed in a Saturday morning crash in Pasco County, Florida Highway Patrol said.
PASCO COUNTY, FL — A man was killed and a woman was injured in a Saturday morning crash in Pasco County, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
A truck driven by a 46-year-old Deland woman was heading west on Ashbrook Road around 10 a.m.
At the same time, a car driven by an 87-year-old Ridge Manor man was going north on U.S. 301.

The truck was hit by the car after turning into its path at the intersection of the two roads, FHP said.
Both drivers were injured in the crash and brought to area hospitals.

The car’s driver later died from his injuries, the agency said.
