He was charged with a felony count of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.

A 17-year-old was arrested over the weekend and accused of driving his car toward two people under the age of 18 in the New Port Richey area.
On Dec. 1, two juveniles had gotten off a bus and were walking home, according to an arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. The 17-year-old was seen driving a red 2003 Pontiac.
The two victims said the Pontiac sped toward them on Jerrilyn Ct. before swerving away from them at the last second. They feared they would be hit.
