HOLIDAY, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is asking for help tracking down a motorist said to be responsible for causing about $25,000 in damage to vehicles parked along a Holiday street Sunday morning. The same driver is also accused of slamming into two homes, causing another $10,000 in damage.

According to the patrol, the crash in question occurred around 3:30 a.m. April 2. A Ford pickup truck, said to be a 2007 model, was traveling south on Chatlin Road, nearing Jackson Drive, at the time. The truck’s driver, troopers say, lost control, ran off the road and smashed into a Dodge pickup, a Chevrolet pickup and a Mercedes that were all properly parked.
