A Moon Lake man was jailed Thursday after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say he touched a 14-year-old girl inappropriately. According to an arrest report, 72-year-old Kenneth Jester was in his Moon Lake home with the girl Wednesday, April 24 with the teen. He asked her if she wanted to perform a sex act on him and then proceeded to pull up her shirt, the report says. Jester is accused of touching the girl and masturbating in her presence. Jester of 15231 Moon Lake Circle was arrested Thursday.

According to an arrest report, 72-year-old Kenneth Jester was in his Moon Lake home with the girl Wednesday, April 24 with the teen. Jester of 15231 Moon Lake Circle was arrested Thursday.

Kenneth Jester was charged with lewd and lascivious battery following the attack.
