Classes Resume at Seven Springs Middle

Concerns about possible fire prompted brief evac earlier in the day.

Seven Springs Middle School has returned to normal operations after a brief evacuation Tuesday, according to the Pasco School District’s spokeswoman.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office alerted the media Tuesday morning that a fire and that at least part of the school had been evacuated.

Chillers at Seven Springs Middle had produced some minor smoke, and the school was evacuated briefly while fire officials investigated, said Pasco School Spokeswoman Summer Romagnoli later in the morning.
