Patch asked Gulf Harbors resident Don Head what affect he had seen from Tropical Storm Debby and got this response shortly after noon on Monday. He also sent photos.
Here's what he says:
Damage in Gulf Harbors seems to be somewhat minor. Some flooding yesterday on all streets as just about everywhere. The only real damage so far I have seen is in Gulf Harbor Villas. Behind the houses on Casswell Drive on the south side, the concrete retaining wall behind the residences is currently leaning and cracking from I am assuming the hydraulic pressures from all the water.
