A New Port Richey man has been arrested and accused of stabbing another person. Jason Delong was in the passenger seat of a vehicle on Mallow Street in New Port Richey when he held a box cutter to the throat of the man the vehicle belongs to, according to an arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. The man managed to get the knife away from Delong during a struggle but was later cut on both hands, the arrest report said. Delong, of 4978 U.S. 19, New Port Richey was chargefd with aggravated batttery, according to an arrest report.
