You use the Pithlachascotee River, or at least visit it, frequently. Now's your chance to help preserve it. The New Port Richey Parks and Recreation Department is encouraging volunteers to help clean the river and its banks. First 100 volunteers get a free t-shirt. The clean-up begins at the Sims Park Boat Ram (5443 Main St, New Port Richey).
