Bob Zappacosta will perform a one-act play he co-wrote with Mary Frances Locarni at the New Port Richey Public Library. The play tells the story of Jack Buchanan, a writer and Charles Bukowski admirer who flees New England for the Gulf Coast. He must contend with Working as a server andattempting to get published. On the eve of a reading that is his last chance, Buchanan is haunted by the spirit of poet Sylvia Plath, and a tragic and comic journey to self-rea;ization ensues.
