HUDSON, FL - A former Pasco and Hernando deputy and his son were arrested Wednesday after they pulled a driver from his vehicle and beat him at a RaceTrac gas station on U.S. 19 in Hudson. Peter Ciucci, the former deputy, and his son Nicholas Paul Tisevich-Ciucci were called to the station by someone who was involved in a road rage incident with the victim, according to Pasco deputies.

The victim was in his car calling 911 when Ciucci reached into the car through an open door and started hitting him, causing the man to drop his cell phone.
