Holiday Woman Charged in Break-in

Jamie Hayes was arrested in connection with a case where man with a semi-automatic handgun forced his way into a house, deputies say.

Jamie Danielle Hayes agreed to drive a man in possession of a semi-automatic handgun to a Port Richey home on Wednesday, according to a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.

At the house, Hayes, 36, knocked on the door. As a man inside opened it, the man with the handgun forced his way in.

The man who had answered the door was threatened at gunpoint. The gun was shoved in his face with the barrel pointing at the left cheek. He threatened to call the police, and the man who broke in threatened to “cap him.”
