Mind, Body and Soul Fest Celebrates Spirit

The three-day retreat at Starkey Park continues Sunday.

Patty Reeves, a Hudson resident, visited the weekend's three-day retreat and festival at Starkey Park in the New Port Richey area and offered up some shots and words. Here's the lowdown on the event in her words.

In Pasco County, we can enjoy the expanse of nature all around us, and the beauty of places like Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park. This weekend, it hosts the Mind, Body and Soul Festival, a three-day event hosted by Spiritual Connections 1 in St. Petersburg.

The event supports workshops in connection with the Flow community in life coaching, dance, intuitive reads, Reiki instruction, drum workshops, Tabby Doing Body Art, dream catcher making class, and more. Ongoing music is provided by Camp Airstream with Treblehawk and Drum Facilitation by Rhythm Fusion with performance artists.
