Pasco Hit-And-Run Driver Arrested
A 60-year-old Holiday man faces charges in connection with an April 1 crash on Alternate U.S. 19.

HOLIDAY, FL — A late Saturday night crash on Alternative U.S. 19 has led to the arrest of a 60-year-old Holiday man.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Lynn Stephen was heading north on Alternate 19 around 11 p.m. April 1. Stephen, a highway patrol report said, was just south of Louis Avenue when he failed to stop for a vehicle driven by Generoso Marra, 44, also of Holiday. Troopers say Marra was stopped for other traffic facing north. Stephen’s vehicle struck Marra’s, the report said.
After the crash, Stephen is accused of taking off from the scene. He was followed, however, by Marra. The two vehicles turned east onto Flora Avenue, the patrol said, and Marra tried to use his Chevrolet to block Stephen from taking off again.
