Pasco Man Dies After Crashing Truck, Driving Into Lake: FL Troopers
A Port Richey man lost control of his truck and died after driving into a lake, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
PORT RICHEY, FL — A 64-year-old Port Richey man died Monday afternoon after crashing his pick-up truck into a lake, the Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
The driver was heading west on San Miguel Drive in a Ford F150 around 1:20 p.m.
He lost control of the truck at the intersection of Regency Park Drive for unknown reasons and continued across Lake Lisa Park, troopers said.

He hit a fence and a tree before entering the lake.
The truck was found submerged in the lake with the driver, who had died, inside, FHP said.
