Smashed Flower Pots Led To Holiday Man’s Arrest
A hit-and-run involving flower pots and two vehicles resulted in a 24-year-old Holiday man's arrest, troopers say.

HOLIDAY, FL — A 24-year-old Holiday man faces several charges after the Florida Highway Patrol says a load of flower pots he was carrying on the back of a Dodge Ram crashed onto another vehicle along U.S. 19 earlier this month.
According to the highway patrol, Cody Eli Larock was heading north on U.S. 19 around 12:30 p.m. March 3. As Larock’s Dodge traveled in the inside lane south of Sunray Boulevard, troopers say Timothy Brown, 57, of Spring Hill was following behind him in a Chrysler Sebring.
Near the intersection of U.S. 19 and Sunray, troopers say the load of flower pots Larock was carrying on his truck fell off and struck the Sebring. Both vehicles stopped at the intersection, but Larock is accused of taking off at a high rate of speed.
