The suspect in a fatal shooting that happened Thursday night in New Port Richey is in custody, the Pasco Sheriff's Office said.
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — The suspect in a shooting that left a man dead in New Port Richey on Thursday night is in custody, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office wrote in a social media update about the case.
The shooting happened around 9:15 p.m. at the intersection of Ogalala Street and Tipton Avenue.
Two men who knew each other got into an argument, leading to one fatally shooting the other, the sheriff’s office said.
