Wandering Boy Lands Adults in Jail
The child was found 12 houses down and on another street from where the adults were
A 3-year-old boy was found walking down a street in wet clothes and a diaper full of urine Sunday night, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.
Jennifer and Kenneth Ross had been supervising the boy at their home at 5916 Chicory St. before his wanderings, according to the arrest report.
When a Pasco County Sheriff's deputy arrived at the Ross home, he saw Jennifer and Kenneth drinking alcohol outside. There were three lit torches, a child’s pool full of water and a grill that was still hot in the yard.

The child was found on another street, about 12 houses away from the adults, according to the arrest report.
The Ross’s admitted to drinking a case of beer and were highly intoxicated, according to the report.

Each Ross was arrested and charged with child neglect. They remained in the Land O' Lakes Jail Monday in lieu of $3,500 bail each.
