Weed Charged with Possession of Paraphernalia

Ricky Edwin Weed, 24, of Hudson was charged with possession of paraphernalia after deputies arrested him on two outstanding Pasco County warrants, according to a Pasco County compliant affidavit. 

“I got a bowl in my left front pocket,” Weed told the arresting deputy when asked if he had anything on him, the report stated.

The small glass pipe tested positive for marijuana, according to the report.

The warrants for Weed’s arrest were for misdemeanor violation of probation and misdemeanor contempt of court.

 Weed is being held at the Land O’ Lakes jail on $150 bond.
