Woman Arrested After Toddler Found Wandering in Dirty Diaper
Judith Robinson was charged with child neglect and child abuse.

A New Port Richey woman was arrested Monday after an 18-month-old boy was found walking down the sidewalk in just a diaper.
Someone found the boy near near the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Madison Street and called police, according to a New Port Richey Police officer’s report.
Judith Robinson, 22, came outside and got into a physical altercation with the person and his nephew. She bit the nephew on the arm, which left a mark, the report said.

When a New Port Richey police officer arrived, the officer noticed the 18-month-old’s diaper was “severely soiled,” and the child appeared dirty.
Robinson told the officer she was asleep when the child escaped out a door.

Child Protective Investigators responded and tested Robinson’s urine sample. The fluid tested positive for narcotics, the report said.
Robinson of 5919 Pennsylvania Ave. was arrested and charged with child neglect and child abuse. She is still behind bars at the Land O' Lakes Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond.
