Third Suspect Arrested in Newtown Shooting
A 17-year-old suspect was charged with attempted murder in connection to the Dec. 11 triple shooting in Newtown.
A third suspect was arrested in connection to a triple shooting in Newtown.
Darrenton Trebbles, 17, faces three counts of attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm, police said.
Trebbles was arrested Saturday in connection to the on Dec. 11. Witnesses told police they heard 40 to 50 shots fired. Officers arrived on the scene and located three victims with multiple gunshot wounds.

and also face attempted murder charges in the case. Sharpe and Steen are in the Sarasota County Jail.
