Suspect In Armed Robbery At FL 7-Eleven Sought
An armed man robbed a St. Petersburg 7-Eleven late Monday night, police said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Investigators are asking for public assistance in identifying the suspect in an armed robbery at a St. Petersburg 7-Eleven. (Watch surveillance video footage from the robbery below.)
The robbery happened Monday night just before midnight at the store at 8405 4th Street N., St. Petersburg police said.
The man threatened the clerk at the register at gunpoint and stole cash and cigarettes. He then forced the clerk into a storage room, police said.

The suspect is described as standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing between 190 to 200 pounds.
He was wearing a bright yellow shirt, light blue jeans and black sneakers at the time of the robbery.
