The new Central Ave. Food Tour with www.tampabayfoodtours.com loves visiting Bohemios Tapas a Spanish-inspired restaurant that first made its make in Sarasota before expanding to St. Petersburg in early 2024.

Located at 875 Central Avenue, the new location continues the restaurant’s tradition of blending
traditional Spanish flavors with modern culinary techniques, offering a diverse menu of tapas and small plates.

Founded in 2018 by owner Ronaldo Zeledon, Bohemio Tapas embodies the spirit of its name.
“Spanish for Bohemian” reflecting a free spirited, artistic, and vibrant dining
experience. Zeledon’s passion for the authentic flavors and creative cuisine is
evident in every dish, from the empanadas filled with seasoned beef or chicken
to the pastaconcitos, deep-fried plantain cups topped with tangy pink sauce.

Other menu highlights include the Spanish tortilla, tequenos, meatballs in spicy
marinara sauce, and paella, featuring saffron-infused rice with prawns and
mussels.
