Ceviche Replaces General Manager, Hires New Exterminator
Ceviche management also hired an independent company to perform surprise health inspections at the downtown St. Petersburg restaurant.

An inspection that temporarily shut down Ceviche in St. Petersburg has led the company to make major changes to ensure that the restaurant meets health standards in the future, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
Among the changes that CEO Joe Orsino put in place:
- The general manager of the St. Petersburg restaurant was fired. The GM from Sarasota, Jason Waganheim, was put in that role.
- The restaurant's cleaning service and exterminator also were replaced.
- An independent inspection company was hired to perform surprise health inspections in the future.
Ceviche was closed after roaches were found in the kitchen, and it was determined that meats were being stored at improper temperatures.
