  • Delinquent property tax payments for the last three years due on a $90,000 Tallahassee townhome;
  • Repayment on a $20,000 loan from a relative, in which he used his St. Petersburg home as collateral;
  • The loss of a half-million annual salary at the Morgan & Morgan law firm, where the lawmaker will be leaving his job.

The article notes that Rouson previously declared bankruptcy in 2002.

Rouson is an attorney and former president of the NAACP in St. Petersburg. He has served in the Florida House since 2008.
