Pink Floyd's 'Laserspectacular' to Play at the Mahaffey

The multi-media laser and light show has toured for 25 years and endures as a hit with fans.

Pink Floyd's 'Laserspectacular,' a multi-media laser and light show set to the music of the legendary British rock band, will play at the Mahaffey Theater on June 22.

But fans who want to enjoy this psychedelic concert, which has enthralled audiences for a quarter century, better get their tickets fast. The show is bound to be a sellout.

  • Tickets go on sale at noon Saturday, March 23, and can be only purchased online at www.themahaffey.com
  • You also can charge by phone, (727) 893-7832 through Sunday, March 24. Tickets are: $22, $25 and $29.   

(The Mahaffey Theater box office will be accessible only to St. Pete Grand Prix attendees March 22-24).

  • Starting Monday, March 25, tickets can be also purchased at The Mahaffey Theater Box Office, open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday, or at least 90 minutes prior to any ticketed event. There are no added charges on tickets purchased directly from The Mahaffey Theater.

Described as a "mind-expanding journey" with "cutting edge effects," the idea of a laser light show almost sounds quaint today.

But the colorful beams of light combined with Pink Floyd's driving insturmentals never fails to mesmerize fans, even as they grow older.
