Snow Patrol Sells Out Jannus Live

The ever popular Irish band has not lost momentum since its national debut in 2003. Saturday night's sold out show at Jannus Live proved the group's staying power.

It was a perfect night for a Jannus-style concert Saturday. Temperatures were fair and a light breeze balanced the humidity. A sell out crowd waited at the gates and poured into the courtyard around 8 p.m to see Snow Patrol.

"Open Your Eyes" and "Chasing Cars" were two major hits for the band, making the tunes instant satisfaction for concertgoers.

Snow Patrol took the stage a little after 9 p.m. and performed a near two-hour set. A mellow crowd swayed and sang along to the band's alternative jams.
